Fees will be discussed and agreed to during our intro call before our proposal is presented. Trip Service Planning Fees are non-refundable once we have researched and presented options.

We share our personal recommendations, and for destinations that we haven’t been to, we have a network of experts that have the latest intel on your destination and close relationships with hotel management so you’re treated like the VIP you are from the moment you arrive.
It’s never too early! The earlier you contact us, we can ensure we have the capacity to help you plan a seamless trip!
Ideally, for domestic trips we prefer to have at least two months advance notice before your desired departure date. For international trips, we recommend at least 3-4 months notice. The earlier we begin the planning process will allow for greater availability and more favorable prices.
Trip Service Planning Fees: After discussing the level of services desired for your trip during our complimentary intro call, you will receive an invoice from our host agency, Fora. Once we receive your payment, we’ll begin planning and present our proposal to you. Trip Service Planning Fees are non-refundable once we have researched and presented options.
Hotel reservations: Most hotels require a credit card to guarantee the reservation, but some also charge a deposit upon making the reservation. It depends on the hotel or travel provider. Before we release your payment information, we’ll always let you know your chosen hotel’s deposit and cancellation policies so there are no surprises.
Heck yeah we do! Uniquely Discovered books your hotel reservations on your behalf with your credit card. We will present you with hotel options that match your travel preferences & vibe and let you know of any VIP perks available, depending on the property. By having Uniquely Discovered book your hotel reservations, you will have access to these perks that you would otherwise pay extra for!
Typically, clients book flights on their own. However, if you need assistance with domestic or international flights, please let us know. Additional fees do apply once agreed upon, please reference Pricing & Packages above.
